Epic Minds Therapy in Clayton, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based ABA practices and a culture of collaboration, growth, and client success.

In this full-time role with flexible shifts, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
