Job summary

PEOPLE WELLNESS CENTER LLC in Saint Paul, MN seeks a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their EIDBI team. The BCBA will design individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and support children with autism. Candidates should have a master’s degree in a related field and active BCBA certification. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 per year, alongside flexible scheduling and significant benefits including paid time off and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Must obtain Minnesota Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license within first 30 days.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
• Provide supervision, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
