Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role in the United States. The team emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and making a meaningful impact in kids’ lives.

The position offers flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time options and a compensation range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, plus performance bonuses. Strong leadership and supervision experience are valued, with a focus on ethical practice.
