Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to expand our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs in Detroit. You will lead assessments, design BIPs, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families and other providers to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care.

The role emphasizes ongoing progress monitoring, plan adjustments, and staying current with ABA research.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment.
• Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers.
• Staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
• All time Paid: 65% billable hours during your workweek, 35% non-billable hours.
