B Above Services is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans for children and families in the Winston-Salem area. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to adjust goals based on client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
