Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to lead the design of care plans and supervise RBTs within a collaborative team. You will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized ABA therapy programs to meet client needs and ensure high-quality services.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and effective communication with families and staff. Maryland LBA eligibility and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and Maryland LBA eligibility is expected.
• Proven experience creating and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized behaviour intervention plans.
• Lead and supervise behaviour technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff, families, and caregivers.
• Analyse data to assess programme effectiveness and adjust interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client support.
• Promote positive behaviour change through evidence-based strategies.
