Horizon Blue ABA in New York City is hiring BCBA clinicians for primarily remote roles with a new Brooklyn clinic opening. Leaders prioritize flexibility and well-being to support quality care for Medicaid families.

We seek BCBAs with a master’s in ABA, NY licensure, and at least 1 year of ABA experience. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• New York licensed behavior analyst required.
• 1+ year ABA experience.
• Medicaid ID from New York State.
• Preference for bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

We’re hiring BCBAs for primarily remote roles or our new clinic opening in Brooklyn. Our leadership team, made up of practicing clinicians, prioritizes your time, flexibility, and well-being so you can do your best work and still have room to rest and recharge.

BCBA Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required
• 1+ years of experience in ABA
• Medicaid ID from New York State
• Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish

BCBA Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Scheduling and Case Assignment
• 100% Remote
• Competitive W2 or 1099 Compensation
• $60k base for 15 hours per week in billables, then $80-$90/hour for hours above 15 hours per week in billables.
