Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA in New York is seeking BCBAs for primarily remote roles with a new Brooklyn clinic opening. We prioritize your time, flexibility, and well-being to help you do your best work and still rest.

The role requires a Master's in ABA, BCBA, NY license, and 1+ year ABA experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, assess progress, and collaborate with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required.
• 1+ years of experience in ABA.
• Medicaid ID from New York State.
• Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

BCBA Qualifications & Requirements:

• Medicaid ID from New York State
• Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish

• Competitive W2 or 1099 Compensation
• $60k base for 15 hours per week in billables, then $80-$90/hour for hours above 15 hours per week in billables.
