Pathways Inc. - Kentucky is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services in Ashland, KY.

You will design individualized behavior plans, supervise RBTs, ensure BACB and Kentucky Board compliance, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

This full-time role requires a master’s degree and active BCBA/LBA credentials; competitive salary starts at $75,000+ per year.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification and Kentucky LBA license required.
• Experience with data-driven behavior analyses and BACB supervision standards preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and policies.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Stay current with BACB standards and continuing education.
• Ensure ethical practice per BACB and state licensure boards.
