Job summary

Pathways Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to deliverApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The candidate will design and implement individualized behavior plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure adherence to BACB and Kentucky Board ethics and standards.

This is a full-time position in Kentucky. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, ABA, or a related field, along with active BCBA certification and Kentucky LBA licensure.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active LBA license in Kentucky.
• Must meet BACB and state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior plans based on data.
• Supervise and train RBTs following BACB supervision requirements.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
• Keep up-to-date with BACB ethics and Kentucky Board standards.
