Action Behavior Centers, a premier ABA provider for children with autism, is seeking a Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT in Houston, TX. This role supports BCBA internship progression and supervision hour accrual.

The position offers $24-30/hour with potential wage increases and a clear path to BCBA certification upon passing the exam. Full-time hours guarantee 32-40 hours weekly, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and ethics.
• Strong communication and collaboration with BCBA/BCaBA teams.
• Ability to collect data and track progress of clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee hours verification and tracking (85% fieldwork hours completed).
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to implement ABC core practices.
• Reserve 8 hours weekly for BDS module work and BACB exam prep.
