Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, education, or psychology is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in human services is preferred.
• Current license as a Behavior Analyst in Kentucky required or obtained within four months of hire.
• Board Certification Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes functional assessment of behaviors in patients.
• Develops and implements individualized function-based behavior plans.
• Provides training to direct care staff, Registered Nurses, family members.
• Collaborates with treatment team including patients, caregivers, and professionals.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.
