University Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role at Peace Hospital in Louisville, KY. It has a partial hospitalization program for school‑aged children and an inpatient specialty program for children and adolescents with complex treatment needs, such as intellectual or developmental disabilities accompanied by acute behavioral and psychiatric symptoms.

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, education or psychology (required).
Minimum five (5) years of experience in human services (preferred).
Current license as a Behavior Analyst in Kentucky or obtained within four (4) months of hire (required).
Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
Ability to break down problems or tasks, using prior knowledge and experience to identify causes and consequences of events.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
