Job summary

Ro Health in San Diego, CA is seeking a BCBA to support a school district. The role begins ASAP and may extend into the next school year.

The position involves 1:1 and general classroom support, collaboration with teachers, staff and parents, and providing direct services across classrooms. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• BCBA certification/license is required.
• Experience with students with special needs preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to students in classroom settings.
• Train RBTs and assist with FBAs and BIPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, principals and parents to support goals.
• Handle occasionally aggressive students and maintain safety.
