SNFout in Oklahoma is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing autism services team. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and professionals to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a relevant master's, state licensure if required, and proven ABA experience with children. On-site role with competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active state licensure where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs.
• Analyze data and make treatment recommendations.
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs.
• Ensure plan fidelity and timely documentation.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics.
