Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Minnesota to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in the Chaska area. You will conduct assessments, design personalized treatment plans, and support families while collaborating with the treatment team.

The role requires at least a master's degree in ABA or related field and a minimum of two years of BCBA experience, with strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB
• Minnesota BCBA licensure
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years BCBA experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with ASD
• Provide in-home ABA therapy and behavior skills training
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other therapists to ensure client goals are met
• Develop and implement behavior plans to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy services
• Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure high-quality service delivery
