Job summary

Sevita is looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in Northampton County, Bethlehem. In this role, you will develop and implement behavioral services for children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other challenges. You will work closely with families, providing training and support to ensure children's growth and development.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution required.
• BCBA Certification and LBSC License required.
• 1 year of experience providing ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs to ensure safety and enrichment for children.
• Provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents.
• Assess needs of each child and develop behavioral plans.
• Provide on-site behavioral interventions when needed.
• Facilitate groups with caregivers and family members.
