Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a BCBA to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism. You will work with a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and families to design and implement personalized treatment plans and track progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development, and staying current with ABA research. A master's or doctoral degree in ABA and BCBA certification are required, with valid driver's license for in-home service delivery.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home services.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy services to clients with ASD, ages 2-21
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral assessments and data collection
• Collaborate with RBTs and families to implement treatment plans and provide ongoing support
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavioral plans to address client goals
• Maintain accurate and complete records of client progress and service delivery
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and expertise
• Stay up-to-date with industry research and best practices in ABA therapy
