Job summary

Wholesome Care ABA in North Carolina (in-home / hybrid) is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules and competitive pay of $90-$120 per hour.

You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and ensure compliant documentation while upholding BACB ethics and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in process.
• Experience with ABA therapy for autism preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide parent training
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
• Ensure services meet BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and payer requirements
