Wholesome Care ABA in North Carolina is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-home and hybrid ABA services. Compensation ranges from $90 to $120 per hour, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• NC LBA licensure or eligible.
• Experience ABA therapy for children with autism preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Analyze data and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and other providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
