Job summary

Benchmark Human Services seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral supports to clients and staff. The role involves direct monitoring, data collection, staff training, and BSP development to meet each client’s needs.

Requires BCBA/BCABA certification (or eligibility) and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, with at least two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCABA certification required or eligible.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field with coursework in human behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation of behavioral services.
• Direct monitoring, assessment, intervention and staff training including behavioral supports and proactive strategies.
• Maintain objective data on client skills and needs.
• Develop BSPs that meet standards and address client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and report concerns as required.
