Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in San Juan, PR. The position starts at $85,000 per year, with relocation assistance up to $15,000 to support the move. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA programs for children and families, guiding RBTs and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
