Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification
• Experience designing and implementing behavior-analytic programs
• Ability to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly
• Strong assessment and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance)
• Be willing to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly
