Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Conyers, GA for a full-time role. The position involves designing and supervising ABA programs, overseeing RBTs and caregivers, and conducting functional assessments to guide interventions.

We value experienced BCBAs with active certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage licensure requirements. Relocation/sign-on details are provided within our compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for BCBA practice.
• Active BCBA certification is required at start.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
