Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• Current BCBA license and Nevada LBA or waiting exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong judgment, confidentiality, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and celebrate client gains in new skills and behaviors.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns to the team.
• Supervise and train a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Engage in activities moving with clients as they participate in sessions.
