Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is a growing ABA provider in Savannah, GA, seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. You will oversee RBTs and caregivers and conduct assessments to determine the need for intervention.

The role requires a Master’s degree and active BCBA certification, plus eligibility to initiate state licensure if required. Generous benefits, relocation and loan forgiveness are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and active BCBA certification required.
• State licensure process initiation before start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
• Master’s degree is required; active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure if required before start date.
• Maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
