Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral programs in Savannah, GA. You will design and supervise skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans with RBTs and caregivers.

Starting at the rate of $95,000 per year, the role offers a relocation package and student loan forgiveness options, and opportunities for growth within our clinical leadership track.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date (if required).
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavioral programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
