• Master's degree in ABA required.
• BCBA credentialing with BACB in good standing.
• Experience with ABA and working with children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee evidence-based behavioral intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians and staff in data collection and ethics.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
