Brighter Steps ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in New Jersey. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while supervising RBTs and providing ongoing training and support.

As a full-time BCBA, you will conduct assessments, adjust treatment goals, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities
