Job summary

A leading ABA services provider is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team in Baton Rouge. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000-$115,000, relocation assistance, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment for maintaining work-life balance. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs/BTs to enhance the quality of service to children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Must have a Master's Degree in ABA or a related field.
• Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs/BTs.
