A dedicated behavioral health organization is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. The role offers a competitive salary of $80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonuses and relocation packages. BCBAs will enjoy flexible scheduling and comprehensive health coverage. Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
