Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and oversee implementation by behavior technicians.

You will collect and analyze data, collaborate closely with families, schools, and an interdisciplinary team, and provide ongoing parent training.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Strong data-driven approach to intervention planning.
