Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays in home and center settings.

You will conduct functional assessments, design individualized treatment and behavior plans, supervise therapists and RBTs, coach parents, and monitor data to guide clinical decisions, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
