Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Eligible for North Carolina licensure as BCBA.
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
- Provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethics compliance.
