Qualifications

• North Carolina licensure eligible or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA service delivery experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behaviour technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical/clinical compliance.
