Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Statesville/Mooresville area. The role includes in-home and hybrid opportunities, with direct supervision from senior Clinical Directors.

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community under supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and work well in teams.
