Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and licensure eligibility in Utah.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing progress reports.
• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans and behavior interventions.
• Supervise and train RBTs and BTs.
• Lead parent training and caregiver education.
• Ensure compliance with Utah regulations and company policies.
• Complete treatment plan reviews and clinical quality checks.
