Job summary

Centerbrite is hiring a BCBA in New Jersey for a full-time hybrid role (remote + in-home). Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (Required)
• NJ BCBA licensure (Required)
• Experience in a clinic setting (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to clinical program design as we build out our service model
• Carry and manage a client caseload, setting the clinical standard
• Own documentation quality, utilization reviews, and treatment-plan oversight
• Supervise RBTs across active cases, ensuring fidelity and skill-building
• Partner with the founding team on clinical hiring decisions and onboarding
