Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This is a hybrid role with remote work for most tasks and one in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress; compensation is up to $90/hour and is negotiable based on experience, with licensure support offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards
