Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our North Brunswick, NJ clinic on a part-time basis. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise ABA programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive clinical setting.
The role emphasizes supervision of BTs/RBTs, data-driven decision making, and ongoing family training, with evening hours 5:00-7:00pm EST.

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a BCBA, you will use evidence-based ABA practices to improve the lives of children and families. This position will provide services in a clinical setting at our North Brunswick, NJ clinic between 5:00-7:00pm EST. The role involves working on-site as part of a collaborative team, with access to supervision, peer support, and clinic-based resources in a structured environment.
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $90.00-$110.00 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
