Job summary

Alpaca Health in Michigan is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our ABA practice on a part-time, contract basis. The role is hybrid with remote options, providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families in and around Michigan.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress through data, supervise technicians when needed, and ensure documentation meets BACB ethics and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LBA license.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow BACB ethical standards and applicable state requirements.
