Job summary

My Time 2 Launch in the greater Atlanta area is seeking a part-time BCBA to deliver meaningful clinical work within a neurodiversity-affirming framework. Initially in person, the role evolves to bi-weekly telehealth sessions as relationships with families and the RBT team are built.

You will conduct assessments, design person-centered programming, supervise RBTs, and coordinate care with schools and other providers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or eligibility to obtain it before start date.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision training is required.
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, identity-first practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS) and write treatment plans.
• Design person-centered, assent-based programming grounded in the Empowerment Model.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with constructive feedback.
• Lead caregiver training to empower families as true partners.
• Coordinate care with schools, medical providers, and the client’s broader support team.
