My Time 2 Launch in the greater Atlanta area is seeking a part-time BCBA to deliver meaningful clinical work within a neurodiversity-affirming framework. Initially in person, the role evolves to bi-weekly telehealth sessions as relationships with families and the RBT team are built.
You will conduct assessments, design person-centered programming, supervise RBTs, and coordinate care with schools and other providers.
Part-Time | Hybrid | Benefits Included | Greater Northeast Atlanta
Part-time hours shouldn’t mean part-time respect. At My Time 2 Launch, they don’t.
My Time 2 Launch (MT2L) is a neurodiversity-affirming applied behavior analysis organization serving autistic people and their families across Florida, Georgia, and Michigan. We believe good behavior analysis builds on who a person already is. That means listening to autistic voices, treating assent and communication as essential rather than optional, and measuring success by what matters in each person’s own life.
Our clinical work is guided by the Empowerment Model, MT2L’s own framework for affirming, person-centered ABA. We’re also a BACB Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider, so professional growth is part of how we work, not something left for your weekends.
We’re looking for a BCBA who wants meaningful clinical work on a schedule that fits a full life. You’ll serve families in across the greater Atlanta metro communities.
Hybrid by design: you’ll spend your first month in person, building real relationships with families and your RBT team. After that, you can move to bi-weekly telehealth sessions.
This role is part-time, and it comes with benefits:
My Time 2 Launch is an equal opportunity employer. We especially welcome applications from autistic and neurodivergent clinicians and provide reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process.
