A local therapy center in Germantown is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team. • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
• Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and professional guidelines
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications
