Job summary

Headrise AVA in Plainsboro, New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. This part-time role offers competitive pay at $75–$100 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, support families, track progress with data, and collaborate with families to help clients thrive. Flexible scheduling includes in-person, remote, and hybrid options to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• LBA license issued by the State of New Jersey preferred (will be required soon).
• Previous experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards.
