Job summary

Centria Autism in Woodburn, OR is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Candidates should be patient and compassionate, able to work in a team, and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Training provided; pay ranges from $19 to $20 hourly.

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate, able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid certification and TB test may be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
