Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Augusta, GA is seeking a BCBA to lead behavioral assessment and treatment planning for children, provide supervision to RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
