Job summary

BehaviorLive is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop behavioral plans and provide therapies to program participants. The role involves working in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks and mission-driven services.

The position offers a $10,000 signing bonus and a salary range of $85,500–$105,000 per year, plus an uncapped monthly bonus program. Full benefits are provided for employees working 32+ hours weekly, with a 401(k) match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience conducting functional behavioral assessments.
• Ability to develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
• Ability to train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
