Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking an experienced BCBA to join a dynamic team serving children with ASD in-home and in-school settings. The role offers both part-time and full-time options with a sign-on bonus and opportunities for leadership and program development.

Current BCBA certification with at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience is required. You will implement data collection systems and collaborate with families, clinicians and directors to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop behavior plans for children with ASD.
• Experience supervising ABA programs and collaborating with clinicians, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and assess performance, adjusting as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors.
• Organize and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach.
