Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina seeks a hybrid BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. In-clinic and remote work, full-time, with supportive team collaboration and ongoing professional development.

The role focuses on functional assessments, behavior plans, supervision of RBTs, and partnership with families to ensure positive outcomes. A BCBA and NC licensure (or eligibility) are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
